Major European suppliers including Navigator, Sappi and Hubergroup have announced a new round of price increases for printing materials.
The price rises cover paper, printing ink, varnish and printing plates, with an increase range of 5% to 12%. The adjustment is mainly driven by soaring costs of energy, pulp and chemical raw materials.
The overall cost pressure continues to push global buyers to seek cost-effective compatible consumables alternatives from China.
